A low hum in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia

low frequency hum, just below the average humans hearing capability you did not ask what it was :) in my case the hum is caused by forestry operations, there are 1000's of tree harvesting machines operating in the province which produce a lot of low frequency sound, this type of sound travels long distances and passes solid objects with ease, i believe it is the comulative resonance and interferance of so many machines that creates this hum. the machines move about from site to site but there are always several within the tenuation range just about any place in the province, and the sound will also change depending on the topography and weather conditions, thank you
