A low hum in Sweden Fjrs 43975

Steady sinus huming infra sound 71 Hz. Seems the hum been gone for a day or two (?), then sudenly (2018-11-12, 9PM) as switched on with a button it come back, first experiend as very loud, but now realised its just been gone for a while and the amplitude are just as "normal"... Shaking the head left and right cancels the hum, it just disappears ! The hum might not be a sound wave in air, it can be an electro magnetic interference between radio-stations, The hum sound does not have a direction, its impossible to locate a singel source, it comes from everywhere. I would try to test the hum on high altitude (hang glider), if the air preasure makes any difference, maybe the hum is the Earths constant "idling" eartquake, the grounds vibrating ? In that case there would as such not be possible to locate a single source since the hole earth is the source... Or its about the solar wind hiting the atmosphere, giving the aurora borealis, or the thunder storms around the world. Or just another mind dissorder..? Thanks you guys for the work with this Hum phenomenon!

What they reported

First noticed: Before 1990

Pitch: 71 Hz Sinus wave, constant amplitude.

Loudest: Equal night and day

Where: Equal indoors and outdoors

Symptoms: Insomnia, Mental fatigue

Changes with weather: Dont think so, though the hum are less "mind-present" during the days different activities, "thinking" of the hum maybe 1 % of some days, others not at all. Can become tired and "wierd" around thunder storms (ions in the atmosphere ?).
