A low hum in USA, Texas
a very low frequency hum in two different specific frequencies. The hum switches back and forth between the two frequencies intermittently. When the environment I'm in has other noises the hum is masked by the louder noises, however when I'm in a quiet environment I can almost always hear the hum.
