distant vibration sounding noise, sounds pulsating. woke me up because when i put my head on my pillow it gets louder, like my pillow acts as a medium from something below me that i can hear when i put my ear against my pillow this vibrating noise is happening to me right now. for me its 5 am but woke me up at 4 am. it seems to be very slightly and gradually going away as it gets later into the morning. i have a fan on in my room and tv was on so i figured it was something like that but when i checked i still heard the sound. i went into another room thinking the vibrating noise came from my room and i still heard it as i did before in my bedroom. im not sure when this will go away but its been keeping me from sleeping. when i first started hearing this it made me rhink of something called binural beats because it sounds exactly like that but not as present as actual vides on youtube or anything.
