Why a quiet page is the honest answer

Times when a lot of people see the same thing are rare. Across the whole record, the average day anywhere produces about 0.76 accounts, and in most single places the usual answer is none at all. So this page will normally say nobody is reporting anything, and that is the point: the number only means something because it is usually zero.
