Several strangers in different towns described the same thing on the same day, wrote it in their own words, and no earthquake, fireball, planet or fireworks date accounts for any of it. Nobody has written a single one of them up.
The room
The rest of this site is a record: one person, one thing that happened, filed and matched. This is the other half. Somewhere to ask whether anybody else has had it, to compare notes, and to tell us when the engine has got something wrong.
Nobody has said anything yet, so here is what the record is currently unable to answer. Any one of these is worth arguing about and none of them is settled.

Two separate sources, different subjects, no overlap by design. 5 clusters came back containing both, sharing characteristics. One is a triangular object with knocking. Nobody has a theory and neither do we.

Out of the tens of thousands of waking accounts this record started from, the strict measure finds only a handful describing waking unable to move with a weight on the chest. It is one of the most described experiences on earth and nobody ever built the archive for it. The record now holds a decade of dream journals as well, and the bridge between the two is exactly the question.
