I thought there was an underground base in the city I live in. I told my wife several years ago that I was hearing trucks underground at night when I was trying to get to sleep. She never heard it, but I hear it and most of the time it keeps me awake. I thought I was going crazy but I found this today. It is just a hum like a vehicle running at idle. It's most prevalent at night when trying to sleep.
