Paralysis

I woke up in the middle of the night then went back to sleep [maybe false awakening.] So i am going along in a lucid dream and what not. Then out of nowhere the dream stops. I am back in my bed right were i was when i went to sleep. Exactly the same. Except everything was black and white. I was still conscious at the time, it felt like i was awake but i could tell i was asleep because i could not talk or move, like i could see through my eyelids. I think i might have been in sleep paralysis. There was this big black monster standing over me not moving at all just staring. It resembled the stature of a human only croched over. I tried to tell it to get away from me using my mind. I woke myself up before it could respond.
