Paralysis

This was one of the more recent lucid dreams I have had after not trying to LD for many years. I awoke in my bed but my body felt heavy. I noticed all the symptoms of sleep paralysis that I knew. I was in my room but there was an ambient light that was brighter than what I normally had. I opened my eyes to see a somewhat double vision and noticed that I could'nt move at all. I noticed that the double vision I saw was of one side of my face as if I was cross eyed. At the time I did not realize that it was impossible for that to happen. I closed one eye and then the other to make sure that it was double vision. When I closed my right eye the double vision part where I could see my face dissapeared and in my left eye which was open there was only a faint sign of the double vision part of my face that I could see which was of my left eye and some of my right eye, as well as my nose and mouth. Where my eyes should have been there was skin that stretched over like a sheet, going down a further distance than my eyes should have taken up. Again I tried to move but I was not able to. I remembered how one could change a sleep paralysis experience into a positive one by making it a somewhat out of body experience so I tried and achieved this by feeling as if I was floating. When I started floating I went up into the air vertically then moved sideways until I crashed out of my window and slowly traveled up into the night sky. I could see the stars, but in my head I somewhat knew that it was not possible nor plausible that I was doing it correctly so suddenly so before I could reach that far into the sky I was sucked back into my room, still in my sleep paralysis state, except this time I was mch closer to the edge of my bed. I tried to move but coudl'nt and instead made a small jerking movement that made me slip off the side of my bed onto the ground, where I layed. I thought that I had a false awakening because I was on my bed again in the same position, and close to the side. I fell off of it again as I tried to move around like the first time. This time, while lying on the ground, I tried to have an OBE and once again floated up from the spot I was at and crashed out the window. I came out of it much quicker this time than the first, and ended up again inside of my room. I felt as if I was no longer in sleep paralysis and realized I was already up on my feet. I surveyed the room to find that my bed was fully made, and that it had a dark brown blanket on it, as well as the pillows were all neatly arranged on the left side of my bed, leaning on the wall. It was at this point that I realized that I was dreaming, because I never make my bed, and that was not my blanket or pillows. I did my reality check by writing the letter A on my left hand with my right, and it felt as if I was digging into it with a nail. I also only had two fingers on my left hand. I said to myself "I am awake, I am awake" and proceeded to push both of my hands together in a praying motion to see if they would go through each other like I have read. They did, and as I was about to go about the dream I woke up in my real bed.
