Paralysis

<PERSON> I was about to enter a dream, I saw my room around me, and I knew it was a dream, but I lost it. I did not open my eyes however, and I started to feel myself sitting up out of my body. I forced my eyes open, and I was still laying down (weird). I sat up again (it was difficult, I felt very heavy), and I could feel my body laying down, and I could feel a bit of sleep paralysis. As I was leaving my body, I saw my head still on the pillow out of the corner of my eye. My room looked just like it does in waking life, even the lighting was correct. My perception was kind of screwy though, I could see the tops of the backs of my eyelids, and, like I said before, I could still feel myself laying down. I got up off my bed, and could hear my dad talking in the hallway. I was very close to the floor for some reason. It was almost like I was sliding on the floor. I decided to try to phase through the door. I started to, and as I was going through it, I could feel this strange sensation around my head as it went through the door. I would describe it as "soft" almost. But then, before I could get all the way through the door, I woke up.
