Paralysis
So unfourtunatly i havnt been uploading many journals on here. This is like the second one in a long itme, anyways lately i have been expiernce sleep paralysis. Just about everynight. Usually i am so usedd to these i can have fun by imagining things up, BUT lately my thought have been filled with things that keep turning evil on me. Its getting bad. Some of the things i see are like three black figures hanging on my wall, then i managed to turn my head and ened up look at a red fading face in the ceiling. The pressure on my chest started and i was able to breathe.When i woke, i easily fell back to sleep and it happened again and once again i coul notbreath. I Have been dealing with sleep paralysis for a very long time but never untill about two nights ao did i have breathing problems. Anyways my dreams have started turning into nightmares and my thought havnt been going the way i wanted them to. the funny thing is, that right now there is actually NO bad things or NO stress in my life, in fact i have been having some of the best times i have had in a long time. With that being said i do not know why these things are starting to appear in my dreams and i do not know. i have actually been avoideding sleeping because yes.i am actually scared for once.
