<PERSON> I was trying to take a nap, and was having some hypnogogic hallucination about my friend <PERSON>, when all of the sudden, I felt sleep paralysis take over. I felt the heavy buzzing sensation in my head, and instantly knew I was about to enter a dream. I started trying to envision a scene I wanted to enter. I saw a dog's tail wagging in black space. I felt the floaty feeling in my head that I usually feel when I enter dreams, and opened my eyes. I could still feel my body in SP (and could throughout this whole experience). I was in my room, laying in my bed. It was very bright in my room. Everything was very vivid. Next to my bed, I saw my friend <PERSON>, and a girl I went to high school with, <PERSON>. I thought about how I had not seen her forever. It looked like they were reading my dream journal, which is placed on the pillow on the other side of my bed in waking life. I got up off the bed, and was then crawling on the floor. My room was much spacier than usual, and there was nothing on the floor; it was very clean (another good indicator that it was a dream ). I crawled over to my full-length mirror, which was propped up against my chest of drawers in a slightly different place than it is in waking life. I see myself in the mirror. I am now all the sudden crawling on the bed instead of the floor. I examine my reflection. I am wearing all dark clothing. I thought I looked relatively normal and like myself. My eyes started to feel heavy, and I lost the dream and woke up.
