LUCID NON-DREAM I was sleeping in my girlfriend's house, sleeping next to her ... Sleep paralysis occured, dream scene formed. I found I stand up from my body in her room. I went outside , I could feel the touch of the door knob ... I saw my gf's dad and her sister watching the TV and talking. But noone could see me. Returned back to the body. 2nd and 3rd time woke up from the body I found myself talking to my gf about something I forgot . 3rd time woke up, because this was not in my room so I was kindof scared of what if negative entities approach me. ? So I made up a SWORD by myself (my mind created it!) This was awesome... And I asked "God" or "higher power" to send divine energy to the sword. And I saw a golden light enter and lighten my sword ! That was awesome... Then I created a SHIELD and did the same thing to it ... But then the excitement made me wake up for real
