Very low frequency hum, similar to the sound of someone blowing into the top of a bottle but far more intense - almost a feeling more than a sound! Where I live on cape cod is surrounded by water - I’m 1 1/2 miles in either direction to the ocean and the bay. Also, there’s a naval radar facility near me.
