A low hum in Hull HU4
A low humming noise, recently started, around 60Hz. It is not coming from any gas, electricity or water in the house as I have turned all of these off, and the humming persists. Very hard to sleep at night and nothing drowns out the noise. The noise can only be heard indoors.
