A low hum in HU9 4BU - Hull, England

Like somebody is idling a motorbike outside my window. A low engine sound Im sure this is already known, but the anxiety/upset/anger that the hum makes you feel is made much worse by doctors and specialists claiming it doesnt exist. There is no medical help or support for this.
