On September 13, 2015 at 8:30 PM, two people on a balcony were intrigued by the silent movement along an ascending trajectory in the sky of five yellow-orange luminous points. Three of them formed a triangle. Only one testimony was collected. Given the objective elements defined in the investigation report (attached document), namely: - the orange or yellow-orange color identical to that of lanterns. - the number corresponding to a "classic" grouped release of lanterns. - the simultaneous movement of the lanterns, carried by the wind and giving rise to an illusion of form psychology. - the movement in the direction of the prevailing wind. - the behavior identical to that of objects subjected to zero or light wind: low speed. - the short observation duration (1 to 2 minutes) compatible with the lifespan of lanterns. - the date: a Sunday evening, compatible with times favorable for organizing lantern releases on the occasion of celebrations. - the disappearance caused by the extinguishing of the lanterns having reached the end of their life. - the absence of noise. - the presence nearby of open-air facilities favorable to lantern releases, located in the direction of observation.
