In April 2015, a witness reported an observation made on November 23, 2014, at 9:40 PM. That evening, from the window of his apartment, the witness was surprised by the slow and silent movement in the sky of three lights, two white and one red, forming a triangle. The phenomenon followed a straight-line trajectory. Only one testimony was collected. Given the analyzed elements reported in the attached investigation, namely: - the lighting signals similar to those of an aircraft. - the area frequented by many aircraft near Nice airport. - the movement consistent with the local wind. Confusion with an aircraft or with 3 balloons or illuminated lanterns is possible. However, many angular, azimuthal, and testimonial data are missing. We can therefore conclude that, considered as a whole and pending clarification from the witness regarding the appearance, movement, position, and disappearance of the UAP, this case is to be provisionally classified as "C": observation of a phenomenon not identifiable as it stands, the significant lack of elements not allowing a solid opinion to be established.
