It sounds like an engine from a truck or a large generator. At first I thought this noise was coming from outside. but because it was there even in the most remote areas, I continued to research. I found out that there is something called buzzing tinnitus, and so I believed that this was tinnitus. I use an ultrasonic toothbrush. When it was broken and I could only brush my teeth by hand, I had the feeling that the noise was a little less loud. Today I only use this ultrasonic toothbrush once a day instead of twice. I think this noise has lost some of its regularity. After I did this Hertz test earlier, the noise became louder, even though I wasn't in bed yet.
