A low hum in Cambridge Park N.S.W Australia 2747

a deep vibration sound somewhat reminiscent of bees inside the wall of my house but with a more regular frequency, alternating like the sound of a fan. After having solar panels that send energy back to the grid installed in my house I noticed a slightly similar sound but much louder and more like the sound of a fan or air conditioner. The biggest difference is that the solar panel sound is most noticeable during the day and I don't hear it in the night. I thought I had bees in my wall close to my bedroom and suspected the low vibrating humming noise was due to all the tiny bees buzzing. I didn't have bees though and was surprised that the noise was always there to some degree.
