A low hum in North Vancouver, Canada V7L 4N9

It started 9 years ago in my apartment as an intermittent low "buzz pulse" with no rhythm - usually noticed it more when I was going to bed. I never found the source - thought maybe it was a new piece of equipment on the apartment roof or hospital across the street. I stopped hearing/feeling it after a couple of years. This morning at 3 am I awoke to the buzz pulse again with what sounded like and incessant 2 alternating low notes played on an organ one octave below middle C: D to B. I walked around my apartment building and put my head outside but it did not change. Cannot hear it when I cover the left and both ears, but can hear it in my right ear. I developed tinnitus in my right ear 2 years ago - the constant tone I hear in that ear is about 5430 hertz according to the tone generator - the sound I am experiencing this morning is in addition to the ring in my right ear. As an aside, for the past month I have had symptoms of a constant low grade temple headache (as a rule, in my life, headaches only happen when I have had poor sleep or have illness) with accompanying constant slight nausea that medical tests have yet to diagnose Shortly after the original hum began, I began menopause suddenly with horrible hot flashes (I have 5 sisters who did not have the intensity of symptoms I had at the beginning or any at all), have had numerous health issues (gall bladder, joint pain, muscle weakness, tinnitus) that all seem to occur on the right side of my body. In just the past month, I have been experiencing constant low grade nausea with a mild headache that doctors have been unable to diagnose. Not sure if this is important but about 5 years ago, 13 smart meters were installed in the BC Hydro cabinet beside my apartment entrance door. it backs onto a wall with a storage closet in my unit.
