A low hum in Langley BC v1m 2l2. Lakeland Florida, US

It is a dull, so low frequency that it physically hurts my head and will give me a headache. I feel it in the back of my head, and it fills my ears like when you walk into a sound dampening room and the silence is too loud. Sometimes it is so loud it feels like it fills my head, like bees without the buzzing if that makes sense. I can cover it up with other noises, but they dont make it go away. I do not have tinnitus. I didnt know anyone else heard this until this past year, but nobody i actually know can hear it. The intensity of the sound is not always the same. Sometimes it overwhelms all the space in my head, sometimes it is dull and less consuming that bathroom fan can cover it up. At its worst i have to put in headphones and down it out with music or tv. Some times it feels so loud i feel sick or worry i will get a migraine in minutes of hearing it. I wonder how i can hear anything else. I can never sleep if this is happening.
