A low hum in Cleveland OH 44103 - USA

rumbling sound like a fleet of semi trucks at a distance traversing a bumping terrain or crossing a drawbridge...something with a bump. It is ongoing and shifts to sounds going faster and slower but very low frequency, sometimes louder and then softer with a kind of periodic beat, a low loud punctuating beat For the last 5 days I've had a headache with temp ranging from 97.4 to 98.7, feeling nausea and anxiety, sleeplessness, and nights when it seemed endlessly long although not much rest waking every hour with this persistent sound. The sound is in what seems to be above and in back of my head but not the cause of direct pain. The headache I felt seems very separate from the sound - more like a sinus headache. I make sure to humidify the room and am very good about nutritional supplements for health. No COVID and received first vaccination last month - second is coming up on Feb 18th. No reaction to the first vaccination. Otherwise in good health except recent decay in a few teeth at top edge that was repaired...not cavities and do not grind my teeth. I had the total knee replacement in 2012 and although successful according to the surgeon have suffered nerve pain and neuropathy in that area and both feet ever since. Have done a lot of acupuncture and treatments for inflammatory relief. It turned out I was allergic to nickel and cobalt, that are components of the replacement joint. Also highly allergic to the chlorhexidine antiseptic solution that was applied in prep for surgery that caused me to have hives a week after the surgery that lasted for two weeks and thought that was what may have caused the nerve damage. During these weeks that I am hearing the hum sound the loudest, I am also having pain in that knee that requires I sometimes use a stim device to settle the pain in order to sleep. Seems a bit of a complex constellation of symptoms. I also had 2/3 of my pancreas and spleen removed to prevent possible pancreatic cancer. There was no occurance of cancer following the surgery.
