Low frequency rumble like a distant diesel engine idling. Heard more inside house or inside car if turned off. Walls seem to pass the sound. Slightly directional. Oscillates randomly. If I go to a quiet room with Spectroid open on my phone, it shows spikes around 60Hz at -60dB. I just stared noticing it within the past few weeks. When sinuses and ears stared bothering me, and I noticed that I could hear lower frequency noises louder due to it. Like the base from the TV stereo is louder now. Recent headaches as well. Seems to emanate from outside walls or windows.
