Constant, something between soil compactor and multiple trucks with engines on staying in the traffic. It's very low in frequency and very quiet, but possible to be heard in closed room at night. Something it's resonating and getting higher frequency, then it's a bit louder. It's not possible to hear it all the time. I can hear it even in headphones, and with music or audiobook on. I was wondering if it's inside my head, but it's like a sound from inside the earth. I can hear something like the building resonating. It's hard to hear it outside as the room, especially closed and isolated ones, happen to work like resonance box, like in guitar, making this sound louder. It's hard to tell frequency, as I thought it's like 50 Hz, but very quiet, and now I'm almost sure it's between 5 and 10 Hz. It's so very irritating.
