An account in United States. Clackamas, Oregon 97015

It sounds like the a very low pitched noise. Its like when the sound is dissipating after a huge gong is hit and you can feel the after effect in the air and hear a low pitched ringing. Its bothersome and the sound just persists in the same tone.. when i go outside i expect to hear it louder but i can barley hear it outside but inside my house I can hear it very clearly. IT used to be that when i turned my head to one side I couldnt hear it but now i can hear it either way
