A low hum in USA, Au Gres

Continuous Low Frequency hum... maybe 120 hz, sometimes accompanied by a very low frequency, slow rumble ~30 hz. Was near a dynamite explosion once... also directly under a 3" artillery piece when it went off, perhaps 20 feet over my head. (very loud) I have had significant hearing loss most of my life.
