Like a big truck idling I have located the source of the hum in my case, it is usually a car idling near my house, inside my house the sound of the idling gets amplified and produces that hum, but right when i step outside the hum gets quieter until it sounds like a car idling. Even though i know what it is, its still makes me nauseous.
