A low hum in Canada, Maitland B0N- 1T0

A constant low frequency, that never rarely varies, on occasions, it rumbles a bit more. I'm sure like others may have reported, it nearly drove me nuts for the first 3-4 years, trying to find where the sound may have been coming from, & asking others if they could hear it too, which of course led to research... now going on 7 years, its still not pleasant at all, but a bit more bearable on the mind & body if it takes a break every Blue Moon , now, if we could just figure out why.

It is a deep, low pitched, bassy sound between a hum and a rumble. There seems to be a slow, steady pulse to it. It reminds me of an engine idling off in the distance. I would swear it's com
