A low hum in USA, Menahga
A low hum, specifically like a triangle wave at 40hz. Almost sounds like a muffled vacuum cleaner coming from above and all over. I do not hear it outside unless close to a structure. Almost like building's acting like a tuning fork. The sound seems to raise in magnitude as the night goes on, and frequency seems to increase very slightly.
