A low hum in Brazil, Belo Horizonte

Sounds like a distant engine, a low frequency sine sound wave. It is not constant, however. It comes and goes. But it does not sound like it comes from outside, because it is more like a vibration on the ambient, coming equally from all directions. I think it's all good.
