A low hum in Welcome Glen, Simon's Town

a low frequency droning sound that sounds like a deep continuous and constant truck engine heard idling through wooden walls from a distance. when I shake my head side to side(indian wobble) it provides temporary relief of the sound but very shortly only 2 to 3 secionds.
