A low hum in Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul State
Low frequency noise perceived mainly at night. It sounds like a running engine When I first realized about this sound (in 2014) it seemed to me like the sound of an electric generator powered by a Diesel engine. I never before had heard this sound. At that time I moved from my old home at ground level to an apartment at the 9th. floor in downtown.
