Rumbling in United Kingdom, Southampton
A constant low-pitched rumbling sound. Variously louder and quieter, but always present. Sounds like a generator or some other engine sound, but totally unable to trace a source - it seems to come from all around - but definitely feels like an external sound. Far more noticeable indoors than out.
