A low hum in Is�re, France
On May 25, 1979 at 1:10 in the morning, two police officers on duty saw in the sky a luminous phenomenon that was moving and that intrigued them. At low altitude, four oval-shaped lights of a white-yellow tone gradually passed over them, then took another direction. It was impossible for them to say whether the lights belonged to a single object or constituted autonomous phenomena. A slight humming sound was heard before the phenomenon disappeared toward the southeast, hidden by the landscape. No interference was noticed on their onboard equipment.
