During an evening with friends in Bourges (18), several people observe at 11:47 PM the silent movement in the sky of a UAP made up of several "luminous points." The shape first appears triangular then circular but no structure is visible. The object passes over the building and is lost from sight. Only one person from the group testifies. The witnesses most likely observed a passage of Thai lanterns: - these are potentially isolated glows because no shape is distinguished connecting them. - these lights are bright and consistent in appearance with Thai lanterns. - the movement from East to West (seen from Northeast to North) is consistent with the wind of origin and measured at Bourges at that time on the Météociel site. - it is a weekend night during the "Printemps de Bourges," all of which is very favorable to festive events of the lantern release type. The witnesses are surprised by the change in configuration of the glows, which they can take for a change in shape if they imagine a shape between the glows, whereas they do not distinguish one.
