On December 14, 1990 at 10:30 PM, a witness observes 4 white luminous points in a line: three of them form a triangle while the 4th turns around it, then the points line up again and speed off eastward. The phenomenon repeats in March 2000. The observation of luminous points in formation crossing the sky quickly in a straight line suggests Thai lanterns, probably released nearby at the end of a private party.
