On October 16, 2013 at 6 p.m., a witness on a scooter returning to Vienne-en-Arthies (95) stops and observes above the trees an object of oval shape, first static then in slow movement. The witness has time to take photographs before the object suddenly disappears.
Given the certainty that the reference photo of this testimony is not authentic (see detailed report), the credibility and consistency of this case is very very low, despite an apparently sincere observation report.
Following this finding on the photograph, GEIPAN did not deem it useful to continue the investigation of this case.
