On Saturday, August 29, 2015 at around 2 p.m., a witness who was watching television had his attention drawn to the movement in the sky of 4 distinct round objects, yellow-orange with a red center, which seemed to form a single phenomenon. The objects moved slowly and silently, passing over the building, and then were lost from sight. The witness had time to take a photograph. Only one testimony was collected.
The witness probably saw objects carried by the wind. The slow movement, approaching and flying over the building (oriented NE), is consistent with a slight wind from the NE (see the weather).
Furthermore, the photos and the description show a rather round shape, like balloons. The red or orange luminous appearance could correspond to Thai lanterns, which can vary in color and shape, but it could also be helium-filled LED balloons.
