On Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at around 10 p.m., a witness, while closing his shutters, observed luminous objects moving in the sky in waves, for 15 minutes. He took photographs.
The movement observed toward the Southwest turns out to be consistent with the local wind (see data). The repetition of the trajectories confirms this hypothesis of objects carried by the wind.
The appearance of the objects does not directly suggest the very common Thai lanterns, because the light described and photographed is rather white (like the Moon, says the witness). It could rather be luminous balloons (LED) inflated with helium, now easily available for purchase.
Note that observing at twilight changes the perception of colors compared to usual nighttime observations, and that Wednesday is less prone to festive releases than Saturdays.
