On August 29, 2013 at 7:45 p.m., a motorist is surprised to notice two luminous phenomena not far from the setting sun. He takes the time to stop to photograph the phenomenon. This testimony is of very good consistency: precise and with 5 usable photos. Given the elements of the investigation, namely: - appearance, color of the UAPs. - sun low on the horizon and UAPs at the same height. - presence of clouds conducive to the formation of parhelion, we can conclude that the UAP observed by the witnesses is very certainly a parhelion phenomenon. The observation is ultimately very little strange because the objects are easily explainable and their presence demonstrable.
