Red lights in Bouches-du-Rh�ne, France
On January 17, 2013 at 5:30 a.m., a female driver's attention was drawn to the presence above the road of a large rectangular object with green and red lights. The witness slowed down and took a photograph with her mobile phone. No other testimony was collected.
Following a thorough and well-documented investigation, it turned out that a military transport plane had taken off from Istres toward the northwest just before the witness's observation, then turned south to cross the witness's path at a relatively low altitude.
