On Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 12:20 AM, a witness and her husband observe in the clear sky about ten yellow-white luminous points. The witness notes that these points, which seem static, then begin to move, gain altitude, and head toward the horizon at high speed. No noise is heard during the 5-minute observation. Only one testimony is collected, but a photograph is taken.
The observation of orange balls or discs in the sky on a weekend night strongly suggests Thai lanterns, probably released nearby at the end of a private party.
