On February 5, 2009 at around 7:00 p.m., two people in a car observe above the four-lane road three lights, blue, white, red, forming a triangle floating at 30 or 40 meters high and moving slowly. GEIPAN receives only one testimony by email. The observation was made through a car windshield while moving.
