An account in Vend�e, France

A motorist observes on two occasions on September 21, 2009, the movement of a luminous point of yellow color in the sky. The questionnaire for this observation of September 21, 2009 only reached GEIPAN in February 2011. In the absence of an official report and a preliminary investigation, it is impossible to draw conclusions on this single testimony, which is not very detailed in the questionnaire (very brief phenomena, night driving, observation through the windshield of a moving vehicle, very low altitude at road level may suggest the hypothesis of reflections from vehicle headlights, streetlights, etc.). This testimony is not very consistent and does not present any character of strangeness. The unexplained case is classified as C due to lack of information and impossible investigation.
