Low background vibration rumbling pulsating This may or may not be relevant but I sometimes have a sensation of a whooshing noise that starts in my right ear travels across to the left and I go deaf or everything sounds muffled if I breath out fast shake my head or swallow it goes away . Doctors and hearing tests find nothing . I hear my own heart beating in my head and hear myself blinking . Both of these I thought was normal for everyone until I found out otherwise. I also hear conversations and other sounds far away that other people can't
