low frequency hum that sounds more internal than external. Seems to pulse sometimes, along with my heart beat. Hear it most at night. I can hear it louder some days and less other days. It sounds like a distant pulsating rumble and yet it feels more like my inner ear is picking it up rather than my outer ear
