Low droning 240hz however more recently there's a hum within the hum. More recently, I've started to hear a hum within the hum. It's a higher pitch, it rises and falls in a similar manner each time. It only appears in the presence of the deeper droning hum. I'd like to know how people consider tjeirxperienxe of the hum. Personally, unlike others i see online, I find it to be a gift and a beautiful object of meditation. I think we could benefit by lookkng into any potential benefits it offers the hearers.
