On July 25, 2013 at 3:41 a.m., a worker on a break outside a building was intrigued by the presence in the clear sky of three lights moving at a constant speed and seeming to form a dark triangle. A building blocking his view, the witness moved, going back and forth between two viewpoints, but the bright points had disappeared. The observation lasted about two minutes. There are several possible explanations for the observation of a triplet of bright points in the sky. What makes this case strange is essentially the low probability of the alignment between the witness, the points where the light sources went out, and the lunar disk. After a field investigation, it turns out that this observation of three bright points moving together in the direction of the wind is consistent with the observation of Thai lanterns.
