On Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at around 9:30 PM, a witness is intrigued by the presence of an orange light source in the sky. It suddenly disappears, and the witness then observes a dark circular object that abruptly changes trajectory. The object disappears into the urban landscape.
The observation in the sky of an orange luminous object 10 minutes after sunset (9:17 PM) clearly suggests the reflection of the sun on an airplane (see attached GEIPAN example).
